Returns

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive an incorrect item.
• The product is expired or unfit for consumption upon delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Fresh fruits and vegetables
• Opened or partially consumed food products
• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Replacements

If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement based on product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or damaged product.
